Please guys im begging here, anyone please help me, i've been trying for the past 3 days and I cant get it to work.. Im using R4i-sdhc (updates from www.r4i-sdhc.com) TTDS Menu Using a NDSi Trying to get the Pokemon Black Official V5 Patched working and I get the -4 load rom error. Ive tried everything from starting with a clean ROM, to altering the codes on the extinfo and infolib files and still no use. Whenever I try with a normal exp patched version of the game it works fine, why wont the english patch work for me? Please any help would be greatly apreciated because this is driving me nuts.
i got the same card but i don't use the TTDS menu. Pokemon black works great with the new firmware and the new patches i didn't even use the exp patch though just the English ones

Just use an English pre-patch rom, with the latest v1.29b firmware from here : http://r4i-sdhc.com/indexe.asp , assuming yours doesn't have the 1.4 mark, that is. The firmware's patched everything, so it should be more than fine. If yours DOES have the 1.4 mark and you need the ttds, just download the latest one from this thread : http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=43121.0 then download the pre-patched Pokemon rom from here : http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=47578.05 There's no need to patch or mess with anything. Just follow all the instructions, copy everything, stuff the patched game in and you're good to go. It works for my r4i, both ttds and without, so it should work on yours too.
