ePSXe170 problem

    hello all, this is the second time i've posted for help, i really appreciate it!
    i am trying to get the ePSXe170 emulator to run. I download it from the website, but when i try to open the application this message appears; "This application has failed to start because zlib1.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

    so i tried downloading again to no avail. any help? i have winrar installed
