ePSXe Version 1.6 Issues

    I've been trying to play Mega Man 8 and Mega Man X4 on the ePSXe. Since a few of my ROMs are 1.6 compatible only I've been using version 1.6 but these games lag like no tomorrow. It took me EXACTLY 30 minutes to clear ONE screen of Mega Man X4 based off the lag.

    I'm using the second worst OS in the world, but I've only seen these two games lag. Is there some way I can fix the emulator up so they work correctly?

    Try using 1.5.2, 1.7.0 or try using a different graphics plugin or different settings for your current plugin.

    What are your computer stats and OS?
    What graphics plugin are you using, and what are it's settings?
