Well I reckon it's because I copied it over from my old PC to my new one. I have the file I got off this website with like 100 plugins or so, I think it has all of them. The error I get is 'the program has stopped responding' as soon as the black screen pops up when you run an iso. Perhaps I need to re download it, could someone point me in the right direction? For what it's worth I'm using windows 7 ultimate 32 bit radeon 5670 i3 2120 8gb ddr3 ram in dual channel Uh... Not sure what else to give.
