epsxe help

    I need help about the epsxe emulator...
    When I start the emu and load the ff9 ISO, the emu starts speeding...
    is it a prob with my computer or it's just a plugin?

    its the configuration, you need to set the frame limiter (in video plugin config) to 35fps.
