Could somebody please tell me if it's possible to delete just one game file from a virtual memory card? I'm thinking like when you run a for real playstation with no disc and just do stuff with your memory cards, like trashing individual games.

Click the "Run Bios" option, and it will act just like turning on your playstation without a disc in it.

Or you can use the Memory Card Manager.

Now what's that memory card manager gadget? Never heard of it. Is it something to download or what?

Just do do as what TirithRR said. It's much easier.

This is the memory card manager:

It works very well, and is easier than using the playstation to do it. But if you just want to delete one file, the playstation bios works just fine. The memory card manager is easier and faster when you want to move a LOT of saves around between cards.
