ePSXe and parappa the rapper

Hi,
After downloading Parappa the Rapper, i'm trying to play it. Now when I load it up i get sound but I dont get the songs.
for example, i get the menu sounds but when i hit start, and the first song begins, i get no sound. Only the ones that correspond to the button are played, Eg: "punch" or "kick"

I have tried changing the settings on my sound plugin but nothing seems to be working.

hmm..usually enabling the xa play will fix the problem...
or try another sound plugin....
