I tried using ePSX and it isn't working. 1) I downloaded it from the ePSX site but the package didn't come with this Zlib1 file for some reason. 2) Previously it worked before(just not now for some reason) but are the plugins manually put in by yourself for optimizing it or can you download the plugins which automatically could give you the best results? Thanks in advance.
1) You can google for the Zlib.dll, the ePSXe site forgot or too lazy to include it on their package, or because of some reason. 2) Put your plugins into the Plugins folder, and manually set it according to your PC specs. Try downloading from http://www.emulator-zone.net I got my version of ePSXe from that site, and it had all the required files.
I like using Pete's plugins, if you have a good computer try his OpenGL 1 or 2 video plugin, but it might surprise you how slow it makes ePSXe if your computer isn't up to specs. I have a brand new AVI video card and still can't run no. 1 modify: Oh and before i forget, get the pec cheat plugin, it works great on ePSXe.
