English translation of Pokemon Fushigi no Dungeon Sora no Tankentai help

hey guys i just need your help for a second i just downloaded the English patch for Pokemon Fushigi no Dungeon Sora no Tankentai and i got the ROM as well and follow the patch instructions but for some reason it wont work all the .bat files does is open for one second and then close again. i have tried many things and nothing seams to work so if some one could tell me what i'm doing wrong or give me the already patched file that would be great thanks ;D
