I have built an flash app that launches emulator (or any other thing).Named it emulauncher. here is the link http://www.megaupload.com/?d=2Z0N8VWU to make it work go to folder emulauncher>fscommand> and open txt file and write path of emulator. I have also included nes and gbc buttons because sometimes I like to play some older games. Note that the genesis emulator gens uses its configuration file in folder from where it has been opened so you will have to reconfigure it or copy gens.cfg file in fscommand folder . This can also be applied to some other emulator. I know that there is a similar app 'emulamenu' that launches any emu but that does not have any new console's menu and also it doesn't close after emulator have opened.
