emulator not working?

    Alright, so I tried to use a couple of NDS roms (Fire emblem shadow dragon and FF: tactics Act 2)


    When I used No$GBA(2.6, though when I mouse over it, it says version 0.0.0) I got this message: "Unable to load data. Please turn the power OFF, reinsert the game card, and try again"

    unsure what I'm supposed to do bout that....though I'm sure its something simple, and I'm going to feel stupid once I'm told (or lead to) the solution.
