I've heard there are ones out for these, but I can't find them so can anyone tell me what is the best emulator's for the PSP and Gamecube and where I can find games for them?
PSP emulators cannot currently play commercial games. the most commonly mentioned gamecube emulator is dolphin, and your best bet for GC ISOs would be torrents.
Actually there's already a working Java-based PSP emulator from shadow (the guy from the pcsx2 team) and you can get it here - http://www.jpcsp.org/ It's progressing along steadily and has some playable games already.
