Have you tried to delete that file your on about?

If so....do a reformat, you will loose the saves but your sd will be saved...

If that can't be done-then your sd has died like mine has :(

The cards have a short life time-best advice is to make backup of the data (everything) and save to your pc, do it monthly.

That way if it dies-it's not a total loss.

I have a little friend in my pocket.

It's called money from work :)

And it's sister..."staff discount card" XD

They are cheap enough...just make sure it's a decent brand to avoid early card loss.

Then try shopping around and going for the cheapest prices, online can have VERY competitive prices-many a time I found something so cheap my staff discount actually lost to.

5% is not worth it sometimes.

Same as mine, I can only assume short life span and too much read usage.

    It happens.

And I meant all have short life-some more than others.

This happened to me once. Only it was with an 8GB card. The whole damn thing, every single file just upped and vanished. I reformatted the card and have had only minimal problems with it since, but I paid a hefty price. I back up my saves and critical files to my laptop now. But that doesn't help with me being about an hour away from the end of Suikoden Tierkries and having to do the whole damn thing again.

    My advice is to
    A) back up your files on a very regular basis
    B) reformat your card every now and then. Back everything up to your hard drive at the fist sign of trouble, format the card and transfer everything back.
    C) always have more than one card. I have three, my 8GB main, my 2GB reserve and my emergency 1GB backup card. That way if my main card ever dies completely, I'm not left with nothing to play for weeks while I wait for my next paycheck.

    @Jellyhead:
Try formating it for 20 times...
Try to deleted everything on it for 20 times....
I did that and it worked
