Ok everyone there seems to be a lack of posts and answers and such about EDGE flashcarts so being a person with an EDGE and frustrated ??? at lack of info i decided to start my own.

 

All EDGE posts whether its big or small, this post NEEDS it all.

Hey guys. I've been using EDGE on my DS. In the past I had problems with some games, but after updating the firmaware to the lates (1.45) fixed those problems. So far, I have problems with FF echoes of time and GTA. I hope u guys can help me, thanks.

For FF echoes of time, during the first time playing, when entering the forest. It always freezes the first time I push A ( fot attack ). And for GTA,it freezes on the first loading screen ( it says don't turn off, creating game save ).

Pardon me for asking, but what is anti-piracy fixes? Do I need to update it for every roms I have problems with?

 

Well,it's come with the cheat in gbatemp.Use that cheat provided.Use it to play without freezing or e.t.c problem.

Replace my cheat file on microsd with this one. But still doesn't solve the problem. I wonder whether where I get the rom file also affect these problems I'm having? Thanks for the help and the link. Will try to download the GTA rom, but it was so slow I decided to try it sometimes tonight.

how come i cant get games to work on my edge i mean it doesn't load the game at all

 

What game/s specifically? More information, like firmware version etc. as well.

 

i'm already using edge os ver 1.45 but i still cant play soul eater(j) and shin megami tensei devil summoner(u)

 

im using edge 1.45 and can play shin megami with no problem

 

Have you extracted them? Are you sure it's 1.45 (should be outputted on firmware menu)?

 

yup its 1.45 its written in the lower left side of the screen i can't get pass the loading it just hangs after that
