Echoes of Time wierd happenings

Okay, so, I don't play on flash carts (Yet) I use the latest version of No$GBA and the game works perfectly I can save and everything, BUT when I shut the emulator down and start it up again, it doesn't show my save file it only lets me start a new game, I checked the battery folder and my save is still in there but the game won't give me the load command, Any one know why? X.x I don't wanna have to start ALLLLL Over again please if any one can help I'd be Thankful.

Okay seriously, please will some one help me? It's driveing me nut's, this game is great one of the best I've played on the DS and I'm addicted to it, problem is my save file is there, but I can't load it when I start the bloody rom, surely theres some one out there who knows how to fix this.

 

Do you have the protection AR code imported and enabled or? Look on gbatemp.net for those.
