Hi, I am trying to download a couple of games but each time I try there is an error message that says 'not enough points'. The problem is I do have enough points. What can I do?
I used to have no problems downloading. Now it has downloading has slowed to snails pace. Is this because I am not a premium member
I have just become premium and the speed has improved. However, now I have the problem that after downloading a ds ROM (eg. Chess) I am getting an error message: "Cannot open C:\Documents and Settings\(my name)\Local settings\Temporary internet files\content.ie5\gl2vs56b\2232 - Chess (E). This happens with all ROMs. I would so appreciate it if you could help me fix this. Again, I was not having these problems initially...just all of a sudden.
