I ripped a DVD a fair while ago with DVD decrypter (I think) and there's all these DVD, .VOB, .IFO & .BUP files. Shouldn't there just be one file or something? I want to burn the movie to a disk but there's so many files, how do I fix this?? Also, Is DVDFab any good? And what's better, DVD5 or DVD9?
.vob files contain the video, split across chapters/scenes. .ifo and .bup files are to do with the menus I think.
Use a program called DVD Shrink which is a freeware program (just google it) and install. Then open the program and click the Open Files Option, then click the folder with all the files and burn it to a DVD Disk.
Okay, will try that later. Is there any program that rips the DVD and removes copy protection/region code and converts it all to one .AVI file??
