Dumping Save Files From The Real Games

    I have quite a bit of real cartridges for the nintendo ds. I also have a R4i revolution card. Is there a way to dump the completed saved files from the real game cartridge to my pc or r4 card so that i can play the saved game on the r4 card? (i do not want to download another person's saved game)
