Dueling Network

Basically, it's a browser based version of one of the more popular TCGs out there, and there's no need to download anything. It has most of the cards and it has support for the more recent card types (namely, the Xyz). Decent enough GUI, though it's slow at times, and it has a large enough community (though, if you're looking for skilled players, there can only be a handful in there at a time).

If you are a seasoned player, or just want to bum around and try something different, this game is for you.

This game is played manually, no auto-activation anything. It's pretty much like playing the real thing, only with virtual cards
