Hi there, Not been on here for ages, but I have a DSTWO card which I currently use in a 3DS. My 3DS firmware is 10.1.0-27E. If I try to go to the Nintendo eshop, I get a message to say that there's an update for my 3DS. I don't want to perform this update in case my flashcart will no longer work. What is the latest 3DS firmware and is there an update for my flashcart please? Thanks in advance, Heather.
the current 3DS firmware is 11.2.0-35. from looking at the DSTwo forums it looks like it does work with the latest firmware (source), you may need to update your card here is the thread link to the latest version.
Now a days most people are using CustomFirmWare(CFW) for their 3ds so that they can play games out of their region and and also for some other perks, a popular CFW is Luma3DS .(in case you think of going for this , DSTwo supports any firmware).
