DSTT R4 games lock up ...

Hi There ... when i attempt to add other games to my 2gb micro sd card using the usb adapter (already have a dozen or so DS games on the card) ... the other games transfer ok but then when the card is re-inserted into the DSTT R4 adapter and then into the DS ... some or all of the games will no longer run.

This does not always happen ... on 50% of the attempts they all work fine.

But once they lock up my only choice is to format the card and re apply the games.

Is this something i have to accept .... or am i doing something wrong ?

I don't think you did anything wrong. I dont know of anything liek that as of yet, but I hope it doesnt happen to me. Ill reserach and tell you if I find anything

 

ive never had that happen before, perhaps its an error with your SD card?

 

if this continues, its best you buy a better SD card. Plus, i bought the 2GB one, and then days after, the 4GB came out for less! :'(

 

Get a kingston or sandisk microsd. And I have an r4 and dstt and dstt doesn't have as much compatiblity with games. Get an r4.

 

I got a Kingston one.. Its pretty cool and its not breakable (for a while)

 

Yeah, for a while. I've had mine for about 2 months.

Nah, mine hasn't broken yet. I've already backed up all my files on my pc. I hope that it will last me at least 6 months.
