dslite problem

hello everybody , need help my ds lite takes a long time to turn on and when it does , the green light on the right side corner dosent turns on and then it dosent want to read my dstt (its like it is not inserted) should i take it back to the store?thank you.

 

Did you make sure it was charged? If anything, it should turn on in a matter of milliseconds and show you the health warning.

 

yes,go back to the store and give it back and say that the one they gave you was broken,they will just replace her for a new one

 

It takes a long time to start with the DSTT inserted or?

 

yeah, with and without the game ,planning on take it back to store but i boughted like a year ago.

Why didn't you notice this earlier?

They may not accept it-even with recipt.

Gosh-sounds more like a psp error than a dslite one-prehaps it was a refurbished model that wasn't done right...
