DSision white screen help

Im running DSision with YSMENU on regular dstt. But everytime i load a ROM it just loads and there is a white screen. Do any of u guys know how to fix this?

Have you tried it not using DSision?

I believe the recommended loader for the DSTT is 1.17a07 unofficial with the infolib updates.

You don't have to, but it never hurts.

 

but when i play it normally on dstt it freezes too.

What games are you trying to play?

 

all of them dont work, but homebrew does work wich is strange. Does the firmware fix the problems on DSsision too?

 

Don't use DSision... everything I can find out about it says it's not that great and doesn't work with Games or Homebrew.

 

Ok, so do i just use the regular firmware or YSMENU? What is YSMENU anyways?

 

Ysmenu is a modified DSTT firmware. (that can also work on quite a few R4 clones).

I believe the 1.17a07 unofficial DSTT firmware is better and easier to use.

You can download the 1.17a07 firmware here:

Then just download the INFOLIB and EXTINFO files and put them in the TTMenu folder.

 

I guess i need TTmenu.DAT and .sys files as well, no?

;D Thanks very much, it runs flawlessly. I got moonshell 2 and that works good too.

 

DSision uses the booting library from Chism which brings issues depending on what flashcart you have. It's barely considered an alternative to your regular firmware.

 

Well I thought it looked good, but it sucks. Ill just keep to the official firmware.
