DSI XL help

I just got the DSi XL and i want to know if the acekard work in it?.I'm about to order one or recomend me a card for it,I got an r4 for my ds but i need a one for the dsixl.

 

Every DSi compatible card will will work on the XL, Acekard2i too

 

As long as it is compatible with the 1.4 firmware.

I recommend the Acekard 2i for you.

I own one and it works flawlessly on my XL.

 

For DSiXL?

I'd go with M3i Zero, it is more up to date and has possible future upgrade potential.

You will be better off with the Acekard 2i than the M3i...

The AK2i has frequent updates and has no problems with the latest games.

I would also use AKAIO with your Acekard 2i.

No plroblem! I am getting my DSi XL delivered tomorrow as well and I already have an acekard so least I could do was try and answer

 

Also, never update your DSi until there is a workaround when the next firmware roles around for it.

 

Can I assume there is already a 1.5 firmware then?

 

No.

But be careful if you go to the shop and it asks you to do a system update.

As of now, no.

But be careful later on and read before you do stuff.

I updated my original DSi without knowing that it blocked flashcarts.
I know now NEVER to update again unless there is a safe-update or a fix.
