DSi XL Games with a R4i Gold card

    Hi
    This is my first post as I'm new to this forum.

    I have a DSi XL ready as a Xmas present and a R4i Gold card (r4igold.cn)
    I have the card working on the DSi XL with firmware v1.14b from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=A0LD4NLP

    None of the games I have downloaded will run, and neither will old DS games I have which I have copied onto the card (tried Monster Jam and Mario Kart)

    I have downloaded a v1.19 firmware but not loaded onto card yet.

    Can anyone give me some tips on next steps?

    It wouldn't work on an outdated or bad firmware!

    Instead download the 'Wood R4' firmware here:

    (do take the good version!)

    If you have questions about Wood R4 then just post it in there also!
