DSi XL & Acekard2i with 'error'...even though it works fine in normal DSi? HELP!

Hi there,

My first post, my first problem. In short:

I have a DSi XL with 1.4.1E. It used to use a "R4 Chrismas" until that stopped working. I bought an Acekard 2i, and have the same problem. I get the Danny logo, but when O click on it it gives be the "error has occured" message. The 4GB card came preloaded (from "UK Memory Card" website) with acekard software.

I tried the acekard 2i in my older DS lite: fine. I then tried it in a DSi: fine! Just the XL that has the issue. Is there a problem with the console itself?

I did a system restore to see if that solved the problem - no such luck.

Please help!!!

You Acekard probably has the 1.3 firmware, which only works on Nintendo DS and DSi with version 1.3U or lower. If your card had 1.41 firmware, it would be able to run on DSi with 1.41U firmware.

Look at this website, scroll down and it tells you how to upgrade your Acekard firmware to 1.41 You're going to need a Nintendo DS or DSi with 1.3 firmware or lower to be able to upgrade your card's firmware.
