ok when i try searching for a connection point on normal settings it detects our router and shows a grey lock(it means it is not supported so you need to use Advanced Settings) then when i go to Advanced Settings and try to search for a Connection Point it says no internet connection found WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?!!! then i tried manual settings and it says Error code:050099-1 WHY?!!

Basically it could be for a number of reasons, incompatiable configuration on your router, the signal could be too weak for you to connect towards or your simply S.O.L Regardless of it, you should look anyways because having a vague idea of the problem is better than no idea at all. Also I apologize If I came off as a bit pompous in my response earlier.
