    If you had a flash card like acekard 2i

    At this time, Dsi games are too finicky to emulate correctly. A lot of people are getting load rom errorcode=-4, as the games fail to boot. So for now, the answer is no.
    Just hang in there, I'm sure a patch is on the way, if not out already.

    No, you cannot play DSiWare on your DSi without paying for it and downloading it from the Nintendo Store.

    DSiWare and DSi enhanced games are different. DSiWare are downloaded from Nintendo's online store (similar to WiiWare) and are tied to the DSi they are downloaded to. They will only run on that DSi, and there isn't a way to bypass it yet.
