DSi Update

    I have a DSi XL with firmware 1.4E.

    Last night I went to go into the shop and it told me there was a system update. Obviously I didn't do it in case I rendered my flashcart useless (DSTTi).

    What is this update and will it make my card not work anymore?

    Good call on not updating. The update doesn't really do anything except block the Acekard 2i, Supercard DSTwo, M3i Zero, iPlayer, and DSTTi flashcarts, so yes, updating will block your cart (until someone makes a fix). Anybody using an EZ-Flash Vi, iSmart DS, or Hyper R4i is safe.

    EDIT: Fixes have been released for Acekard 2i and Supercard DSTwo.
