dsi update

hi everyone. i updated my son's dsi yesterday and the r4 is now not working. is there a way to fix this? or do i have to get him a new dsi?

 

NO.....don't buy a new dsi, because there is a fix for the update!

what type of r4 do you have?

like - r4 sdhc, r4i, r4 gold...etc....

here is the update for the r4i.....i'm not sure how it works, because i've never done it except on acekard 2i and ez flash vi, but it's probably very similar

you'll have to update it on a ds or ds light....if you know someone who has one then just use it or use your's if you have one...

just run the update.nds and follow the instructions CAREFULLY or you may brick your card....

ensure that you're ds/ds light is plugged in with the wall charger so that you're battery doesn't run out.

after you update the r4i, you should be able to play it on the dsi!!

 

tried it but it's frozen when i load the update. says invalid cartridge on top screen

 

what is the website that is on your r4i sticker?

if there is one...there is usually a website on the sticker of an r4 though.

I am not sure you can work this with the updated DSi...

You should get a newer r4i.
