DSI Firmware Paranoia

    I am think of downloading the new Pokemon games (HH,SS) for my dsi. Will i need to do a DSI firmware update that may block my R4i from working to try to make the game work?

    Dont have to update, if you do, 90% of flashcarts have new firmware that bypasses 1.4 firmware.
