ok, so i was playing my r4i and suddenly, it froze, so i restarted it and both screens were blank, and in the top screen it said 0000FE00... is there anything i can do, and is this related to my r4i? thanks
Yeah, but it still does it sometimes... it works just as normal sometimes though, i just wanted to know if the r4i caused it, so i know if i can get a new one from where i bought this one
If it freezes without the R4i in it, then the problem is probably not due to the R4i. The flashcarts do not modify anything internal to the DS/DSi (though the N5 has been known to use too much power and blow an internal fuse, thus bricking your DS).
The problem pertains to the DSi. Appears to be related with the bootloader with the internal ROM of the DSi. You might have to send it to Nintendo if it bothers you that much.
