Just curious, if I were to purchase an Expansion pack with DS Web Browser, would I be able to run web pages such as e-buddy? I don't mean the emulated one either, I mean the actual Web Browser, official, not off of an R4 Card. Note that I have DS Phat.
Not sure. Probably not, as the DSi cannot handle large webpages and the DS certainly would not be able to either. I don't think that you can run MSN or anything like that on the DS web browser
I don't mean MSN, that counts as an Instant Messenger. I'm curious if Web Messengers will work. If not then I can still browse Romulation on it, correct?
It MAY work, however if it relys on flash, or heavy javascript it will not. It may not even support any form of javascript, I don't know I use bunjallo, sure its slow but the only way I can connect if by 'borrowing' a neighboors internet connection My router is WPA not WEP. DS lite! You could always use homebrew such as DSAIM or Beup.

yes ebuddy works i use it all the time but you might be better using m.ebuddy.com from the DS Opera Browser

The DS opera web browser for the DS and DS Lite which uses the 8MB expansion pak can surf almost any website except one that have lots of stuff on it such as lots of images and stuff it cannot play videos form youtube or any other videos from any site if you want more info go here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo_DS_Browser
