DS roms

Okay, so it's been a while since I've been on the DS scene, over a year in fact. Some of you who may have migrated from NDS-roms could remember me 'LewsTherin'.

I expect there's probably multitudes of forums with this topic, but perusing endless posts takes a lot of time and gives few answers so I'll ask directly. Where have all the NDS roms gone? I've spent two days trying to get a few and I've been unsuccessful on every front. Where'd they all go? How do I get them now?

Not sure of how old it is now, but specifically; Pokemon Soul Silver (E).

Would also like to point out some of them newer links don't work, either.
