nothing can be done about that, DS emulation is highly inefficient and needs a very powerful computer.

Consider turning off sound in the options, switching 3D renderer to no$gba, or changing the colour settings.

^Go to Start, Run, and type in dxdiag.

thats an intel graphics chip, they're pretty pathetic. your ram is also a bit low, so the problem is your computer is not powerful enough.

even on my other computer wich is pretty good it is slow

That graphics chip is onboard as well, which means your 510mb of system ram is being shared as video ram. Which gives you have even less for video ram when you add in the amount taken up by your OS.

How "good" is your other computer?

    better than this one

    That doesn't say much ;)

So far we know that you have a possible 1.4GHz (Minimum for the Pentium 4, I believe) single core processor and 512MB of total system and video RAM. That leaves much improvement, but also many things better than that could be marginally so.

so the only way to speed up the game is to get a new computer

You can try some of the fixes mentioned earlier. Like turning off sound, changing the 3D renderer in the settings. But it's no guarantee

But my old laptop can play no$cash 2.6a with this specs w/out lagging/slowing down:

    ATI Radeon Xpress 200 (64mb cache) M on a Intel Celeron M Cpu 440 @ 1.8 ghz 192 mb of ram.

    Why is that? ???

Avalon code, Full FPS/no lagging/slowdown but start up takes 2-5 minutes.

Tales Of Innocence, Full Fps/no lagging/Slowdown/ sound crackling at 4400khz(high) I put it to medium. start up takes 2-5 minutes.

NO$GBA plays both Gameboy Advance and Nintendo DS games.

NO$GBA 2.6a is considered one of the best DS emulators available. What emulator are you using, Kian1000?
