Hi, Tryiing to replace the upper screen of my DS Lite proved to be difficult and I am pretty sure I have managed to damage the ribbon cable connecting the upper screen to the motherboard. Now I was wondering if it is possible to use a ribbon cable from the DS Phat and transfer it to the DS Lite instead of buying a new one. So basically my question is, Is the ribbon cable the same in the DS phat as it is in the DS lite? Many thanks,
I don't know if you can do that, but I assume it isn't possible so it might be best to just buy a new screen.
