    Hey guys,

I know others have posted similar questions, but I want a more specific genre of games, namely RPG, Rythmn and fun/lighthearted games, both ENGLISH and JAPANESE.

Also, I am an immense sucker for pretty graphics XD

Oh, and I'm not into the whole Pokemon/catch your own monsters cache of games i.e. Pokemon series, Digimon, Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker (it's just personal preference, no offense).

Below are games I've played and enjoyed so far:

    ~Luminous Arc
    ~Rune Factory
    ~Takae Quendan 1 and 2 (Japanese)
    ~Phoenix Wright 1 and 2
    ~FF Series
    ~Zelda- Phantom Hourglass
    ~Nodame Cantabile (Japanese)
    ~Heroes of Mana
    ~Cooking Mama
    ~Drawn to Life

Games I am looking forward to:

    ~Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
~Final Fantasy XII: Reverant Wings (Wings of the Goddess)
    ~Ragnarok Online for DS
    ~Maple Story
    ~Phoenix Wright: Trials and Tribulations
    ~Rune Factory 2
    ~Luminous Arc 2

    Games I am currently downloading:

    ~Lunar Knights
    ~Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
    ~Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime

Games I downloaded, looked at/played a little of and proceeded to trash:

    ~Lunar Dragon Song
    ~Animal Crossing
    ~Spectrobes
    ~Tenchu Dark Secrets
    ~Harvest Moon
    ~Trace: Two Memories
~Chibi Robo (gasp... but yeah, I found it too confusing at the beginning... though the robot is super cute)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks ^_^

pokemon is interesting... the first time you've completed the story. but i deleted the save and started again with a different starter and almost died of boredom, the game could've at least made things different if you choose different starters...

elite beats agents is great (my opinion)
touch detectives is really wierd (in a great way)
lost in blue i heard was really cool
final fantasy 3 kept me damn well hooked (though i guess that's FF series on your list) - i thank you for reminding me that FFXII is out tommorow
lunar knights is seriously impresive, i love the steam punk theme
mario luigi partners in *bed* time is good and a worth sequel to the original on the gba and the original on the snes - but i guess you've already tried that
apparently megaman battle something... whatahacallitnumberwhatever is also good, but i'm too busy playing advance wars hard campaign
dragon quest slim is pointlessly interesting
enterian odysey is a 3d rpg (forest dungeon crawler) that is apparently interesting

my advice is don't try and play everything at the same time, you might loose interest in another genuinly good game

Mortal Kombat, it's a classic, an also Etrian Oddysey. It's deep, at least to me.(not mortal Kombat)
