DS game save + DLC stuff for DS

ok, playing Yu-Gi-Oh WC 2010 game, i noticed i couldn't download but maybe 4 or 5 duelists 4 puzzles and 3 card list, so what i wanted to know is there a way to manipulate the save file to hold more stuff?
