ds emulator runs 100 cpu

    ok i like to get a ds emulator and i download them be for. but i dont want to becaues it runs my cpu at 100% i like to know if that is normal. and if it is not i like to know how to fix that

    what are your system specs? try running less programs at the same time.

    Go to Start/Run/type- msconfig/startup/take off everything except for your antivirus this should work a breeze

    Which emulator is this? Take note that they will not work perfect, at proper speeds.

    If you're using no$gba 2.6a..
    It should be running in normal speed.
    maybe your setting messed up.

    it is normal. Emulation is inherently CPU heavy.

    Isn't there's 2 type of speeds for this emulator?
    one is CPU speed and the other is FPS?
    or are they the same?

    he is talking about the emulator using 100% of his CPU time.
