what's ...oh... A pocket pc ds emulator? Here is something I found via google-do use it (google I mean) http://www.ndsemulator.com/nintendo-ds/ensata.htm#links
Apparently this is the only working one-the first 4 results that said something confirmed this...but I can't try it out. Best bet is to download it-scan it-and pray that it works.
actually, emulation isn't all about CPU power. normally counts that a device needs to be at least 8 times as powerfull to emulate a system. the PPC however could be an exception since the majority of the ppc's run on ARM (ARM11 often) an upgraded version of what the DS runs on. same reason why a PSP gets away with emulating a system with only 3x the power(N64&PSX) most CPU time is lost in translating stuff from 1 CPU language to another, but if both use almost the same "language" there's barely any translation needed cutting down on CPU usage a lot.
This is not true at all. There is no rule, additionally, not all PPCs run arm, quite a lot of them run motorola processors.
try a few see what happens and if your annoyed that it didnt work get a real pc or laptop see if no$gba works first
