I have a real dreamcast and just bought a VMU (Memory Card) for it. It works fine and it saves perfectly, but it will absolutely not come out of the controller. We have tried everything and I think it is jammed. What should I do?

Take the controller apart and see if you can get it out then. I haven't had trouble like that, but that's the only thing that I can think of. You stuck it in right? With the screen facing up?

Yep, the screen is facing up and I can see the screen.

    That's strange.

I just pulled out both of my VMUs, one a normal green one and another one a mega memory card, and they both came out easily.

Try gripping both sides of it and pulling it out. That's all I can suggest as of now.

it must be jammed in at an angle then because they're designed to come out with little effort

I just tried putting the VMU like 7 different ways and it wouldn't get stuck at an angle. Mine aren't broken, perhaps that's the problem.

I don't see how it could be broke, I literally bought it 45 minutes ago.
    Oh well...
