Right, do you know the mini ghosts? Well you can jump on their heads, what you should do is jump on the mini ghosts heads, to get to bakibeard's head. everytime you jump on bakibears' head, you do damage to him. also he may swoop down from time to time so you can jump on hi shead then, but it's much quicker by using the first method.
