I really like the deep shading. Tough the cubes lines are not straight and symmetric, but that's okay. It looks cute. ^^

Yeah I know it looks weird, it gives a nice distortion effect on the drawing, but I should have applied it to the book, the eraser and maybe the sheet too

So do you guys and gals find it difficult drawing people from lack of confidence sometimes?

Well I'm finally done with my drawing, I didn't have any ink left in my pen so I just darkened the lines

 

Wut? I don't draw furries, they're close to humans in which I find difficult to draw out of lack of confidence *Facepalm

I think this is great work, I love how you entangled the rose vine with the chains. As a critisim I would like to have seen more detail on the face to express the pain of your subject better, rather than resorting to tears. You have obviously drawn inspiration from a desire to communicate your feelings. Wonderful stuff.

I like this, it has good emotions thrown back at the viewer. However, I have a problem with this piece, there is no resonance in it, it is as if you did this to order. I see no artistic personality in it and it seems detached from you. I think you have great technique but in this case your subject matter does not draw upon your obvious talent.
