Dragonball z nintendo ds

    Hi Can anyone help me? Just downloaded dragon ball z for my son. He gets to the turtle which asks him to take a look at a sign, he stands on the sign it blows up, the screen goes black and comes up with "The data could not be accessed. Please turn off power and reinsert the DS Game Card.
