Dragon quest 9 freezing

i am well into the game actually i have beaten it i have 65 hours and it keeps freezing when i go into a grotto and now i used a temp save and now it is freezing every time i try to start the game. The rom i am using i exonphobia craked. is any one eles having this promblem and if so can you tell me how to fix it

 

How are you playing the game? What card, what firmware.

 

R4 sdhc. firmare is v1.54

Yeah, im also getting the same problem. What's up with that?

If anyone could find a fix, that'd be great, i mean, grottos alone make up like 1 third of the entire game content.
