Dragon Ball Z Attack of the Saiyans game chrashes on chapter 6

I have a R4I ultra 3 SDHC with v 2.2 (can't find 2.1 or older)

and I am in chapter 6 now The strongest man Raditz arrives

and when I want to begin the battle between Piccolo and Raditz

my game crashes by saying before I begin the battle

DEFEATED and all my Hp and KI are 0

the game does this with cheats on and cheats off and I've tried several versions of the game (all (E))

why does my game do that and have some one also these problems

what can I do to play the game futher because now I can't play the game futher because
when i see Defeat It is GAME OVER

in this battle raditz doesn't hit you and all hits are 0 or miss
maybe it's software/anti-piracy problem

I have the latest software for my R4 3 ultra SDHC and i have formatted
my SD card and I have downloaded the game from different locations

but the game still says when entering battle with raditz Defrat and it is game over

 

you have to delete your save game and then begin all over...

i had something like this with mario and luigi bowsers inside story,, and it helped

 

Sometimes cheats can corrupt a save file, even after you turn them off.
I haven't heard of any anti-piracy in this game.

I havt ried the game and save game on NO$GBA 2.6 and it does the same thing
it chrashes

So I'm starting over to see if it helps to get further in the game

No it doesn't help the game crashed again at the encounter
between Piccolo and Raditz

I hope that some one who is a tiny bit further in the game
will upload his or her save file of the game so that maybe then I can
if the game will let me play futher

with these codes once saved when you have loaded your save game you need to press select make sure that no other action replay codes are on and this should allow you to continue with the game

By using another region (E) and I've finished the game.
