i need an easy way to conert mp4 to dpg with no problems or no codecs to install

 

How about DPG converter?

You can find that in the textfile that is in the package

when you open the rar file you'll see 2 files 1 setup file
and a textfile the textfile is the one you need

Every computer has the capabilities to read a .txt file?
So what do you mean you couldn't read it?

 

maybe the reader has been erased or corrupted from a newer document viewer

 

I think that's quite improbable. Notepad is built into Windows and Macintosh. Nothing would overwrite it. Unless you wanted to get rid of it on purpose.

 

what i mean is i have a pc bought online that was cheap it had notepad++ from a diffrent developer i uninstalled and erased any track of it but after that my documents wouldnt open so i had to reinstall it but then my pc crashed so i reinstalled windows

 

I see, Notepad ++ is an excellent tool for source code editing, such as Java. I can't think why you would want to get rid of it though..

Even so, downloading Notepad ++ Doesn't overwrite or erase the Notepad that comes with the OS. That would have had to have been deleted manually. In this case I guess you can only blame the original user.

 

it was a long time ago i wasnt too experienced in technical problems of a pc so i couldnt uninstall it so i just etrased the fold went to add or remove programs and erased it from there when it asked me to take it out of the list
