downloads freezing and timing out!!

twice now in the last few days my downloads for playstation isos are freezing mid download and eventually timing out. Now this shouldn't really be a big deal, except im still being charged the same amount of points i would if the downloads were sucessful. So i tried it with some downloads that didn't cost anything and they still timed out!
Is it something wrong with the site and I should just leave it alone for a while until it sorts itself out, or is it something I'm doing wrong?

It's just alittle annoying when I wait to accumulate a certain amount of points and to have them just wasted. It makes me really scared to upgrade to premium and actually be paying for potentially failed downloads.

Is anyone else having this problem?

 

You must have an unstable connection, maybe wireless?

Use a download manager, which lets you resume broken downloads.
