Downloading Troubles

I am sure I am doing something wrong but I am having trouble after download.

I downloaded Unsolved Crimes for the DS and when I go to play it says that: The save data could not be accessed. Please turn power off and reinsert the Game Card? It also said this on some other games I downloaded too.

Could someone let me know what I am doing wrong???

Try updating your firmware. The latest can be found here http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/

 

This isn't a problem with the site itself, moved.

 

if that doesnt work reinsert the micro sd to the flashcart
the flashcart to the ds
