"SELECT `filename`, `filesize`, `system` FROM `downloads_files` WHERE `id` = 3593 LIMIT 1Not enough points to download this game." keeps coming up whenever I try to download it. I had 331 points & tried to download it & it wouldN"t let me download it. then this happens. Now it's trying to take another 179 points from my point balance & leave me with -27 points. Could someone please fix this & get me my points back or make it so I can download it without having to pay the points again? thank you.
You should be able to redownload it for free. You have 24 hours to do so. And if you can't, just wait a few days until you have the points again. I believe you get 50 per 24 hour period. And a download manager works wonders. Unless it has changed.
